With its entrance into the European Union in 2005, the Slovenian economy became part of a vast, highly developed market. There is still a great need in Slovenia to consolidate ownership structures and restructure companies in the post-privatization period.

For new investments we are focused on Slovenian companies with proprietary technologies, products and services and a high share of exports with total annual sales above 10 Mio and up to 50 Mio EUR.
