DONIT richer for outdoor fitness
In addition to varied sports programme, which includes fitness, sauna, swimming, bowling, football, guided workouts and massages at the workplace, as part of health promotion for employees, we inaugurated an outdoor fitness at our production location in Medvode on Tuesday, June 21, 2022.
The modern sports equipment is located next to the Sava River and is intended for all employees, as we encourage them to develop a positive attitude towards a healthy lifestyle. A variety of devices allow you to exercise your whole body. At Donit, we are aware of the importance of physical activity. Employees can take a break during work and redirect their energy into a workout, thereby strengthening their physical condition and health. Each individual can adapt the exercise or the choice of equipment according to their physical capacity and the time they want to devote to it.
Everyone present was addressed at the opening by company director Marjana Novak and doctor of occupational, traffic and sports medicine specialist, Janez Dolenc. In the short speech, they addressed the importance of recreation and at the same time, welcomed this concern for the health of employees and the projects that we are implementing for this purpose at the Donit company.
At the end, the participants were invited to exercise on the new equipment.
